Organizational Culture

Developmental Culture at Apex Management

After one week of diligent solo work, I am excited to continue experiencing what a professional career in a different type of marketing industry feels like. I have worked for many different types of sales companies. So, getting to add more variety to my sales experience is an amazing opportunity for me. Here at Apex Management, we work hard to bring forth the best marketing strategies and techniques to further enhance the sales produced for our clients. The Team Leaders, Entry-Level workers, and Trainees all take the business seriously and take great pride in accomplishing the goals set by our Branch Manager. Our goal as a sales unit is to not only produce more sales for the clients we work with, but to also enhance our sales and interpersonal communication skills when working with new customers. Even though I am not new to the sales industry, those who have been in the business for a good amount of time always take out extra time to make sure that I have all of the tools necessary to be successful in this fast-paced sales environment. I am impressed mostly by how diligent and how passionate the workers in this business are. The enthusiasm of our leaders radiate throughout our entire company. I feel like this energy is what gives them such a consistent drive to want to develop into better sales agents as well as people in general. I am impressed overall with the vision of this company and I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me in this new sales experience.

  • First – it is not evident which category prompt you are addressing as you have not categorized your reflection (you have not chosen organizational culture, leader/follower relationships, or multiple categories if you choose). If you do not categorize each reflection, they don’t readily show up in the blog – I have to go hunting for them. It seems like this is addressing the organizational culture prompt, but it doesn’t really speak to items outlined in the prompt. Sounds as though the environment is friendly and that the orientation to the organization is more informal; others offering to help, etc.
