Swiss Cheese Reflections (Motro article)

I thought the article was a great article and it had parts that were frustrating for me and parts that were hopeful for a brighter future for both Palestine and Israel. The article further emphasized to me that every single detail matters, down the the thickness of a line and the color choice; even which name is used for a particular point (official name, international name, or local name) even the language of that name matters. Overall, the article was a great read, and I hope it shows people that aren’t cartographers that cartography is by no means throwing a mix of things together and hoping for the best, but it is an art form that requires a lot of attention to detail; without it there can be serious consequences such as peace talks breaking down.
