1. Good clear title and presence of a source of the data listed in description. There is no north arrow and although the scale is clear, there is no scale actually listed.
2. The map title says that the map covers the city of Richmond, which is accurately reflected by the scale of the map.
3. Yes, there is a percentage listed (which says percent of students enrolled in private school)
4. 2009-2013
5. There is a variety of classes listed (I think) in the varying levels of percentages listed.
6. Good color scheme, easily able to tell that the darker areas mean more children enrolled in private school.
7. It is good that all the different counties and census areas are present, but the font is kind of small so it is hard to actually read which areas are which without zooming in, specifically the areas that are within the dark green sections.
8. There seems to be a clear pattern that the neighborhoods around UR (the nice homes between Cary street and campus) and west of the city are where the most kids are enrolled in private school. From there, it seems the farther away you get from the city, the less kids there are enrolled in private school. There is definetly a clustering effect present northwest of downtown Richmond.
9. Overall is good, only a few minor details need fixing up.
