National Park Week from April 17 to April 25 celebrates our nations treasures by having free admissions into 392 national parks. Even though most national parks, actually 246 park properties that include national monuments, historic sites, and battlefields, have free admission year round, some parks like the Grand Canyon charge 25$ a vehicle. So start planning a road trip to your favorite park for next years National Park Week. I took advantage and went to Shenandoah National Park and skipped out on the 15$ fee!
