Analyzing a Scene: Zero Dark Thirty

I chose this particular scene in Zero Dark Thirty because while the action scenes were interesting, the scenes with discussions were more interesting in my opinion. This scene shows the CIA senior supervisor scolding his fellow employees about their progress in tracking down bin Laden. As the supervisor was speaking he was emphasizing previous attacks and how important it is to track these people down. I found it interesting that while he was talking no one was disagreeing or replying which made the group seem all on one accord. While watching this scene, the idea of this culture that Americans have created about terrorism really came to mind.
