This module provides an introduction to the life science SOL. To complete this module you will:
- Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the Life science Standards of Learning.
- Visit the VDOE Project PROMISE science curriculum page. Select grade 2 and poke around the life science resources.
Upon completion of the module, enter a modified reflection in your Scientist’s Notebook. Write a brief statement about how the resources provided do or do not enable teachers to use an inquiry-based approach for instruction.
