Effective August 1, 2017, Mobile Learn will be removed from all app stores. After August 31, 2017, Blackboard will no longer support Mobile Learn. Clients should transition now to the Blackboard app for students (available now) and the Blackboard Instructor app for educators (scheduled for release next week. These two applications offer an enhanced, user-centric mobile experience that puts critical teaching and learning tools right in users’ hands. All users can expect increased efficiency with our simplified workflows built to complete on the go.

On May 19th, we will upgrade the Blackboard application which will include a new look and feel to the system. The new look is a sleeker and responsive for both desktops and mobile devices. Other than updating the look to make it more appealing, this will help Blackboard become more accessible to users on mobile devices and with learning disabilities. No content will be changed with the new theme. Adding content, assessments and other features will still be available to the community. If you are currently using the Bb Student app, you will see a similar look and feel.

We are doing some spring cleaning on our Panopto settings since we are now able to offer this service to the community!
Tonight we are making a URL change that might impact your ability to use your Panopto recorder. It will require you to make one simple edit when launching the recorder. The new URL will be urcapture.hosted.panopto.com.
