Into the Woods: Making My Way Back to Digital Daylight

8 Aug

First, I apologize for having been largely AWOL the past several weeks. It will continue into August a bit as the university gears up for a new semester and I have a complete absence of time to devote to anything other than catching up with the giant pile of things that MUST BE DONE before the semester starts.

I’ve been doing a lot of replaying in what little spare time I have: Inquisition and a new play-through of Mass Effect, this time with a ManShep. I’ve also started Bastion, have The Bureau on Steam, and have a small collection of XBL Gold games waiting for me to actually start them (Witcher 2, Thief), in addition to a couple of things on the PS4 (Alien: Isolation and Last of Us), but the PS4 is not mine, so those will likely have to wait.

I’m looking forward, too, to several things coming out around the holidays and in 2016: Rise of the Tomb Raider, Mass Effect: Andromeda, and a few more. At this point, mostly RoTR, especially since I just finished a draft of something on the 2013 game. I’d like to be able to take more time to play things, but analog life has a way of getting in between me and digital space.
