Interested in researching English case law? The law library has you covered. While Westlaw and Lexis provide access to some material, the law library subscribes to a number of other resources with greater utility.

vLex Justis, the successor to JustisOne and JustCite, is a full-text, online legal library of United Kingdom, Irish, European Union and Caribbean case law and legislation, including dockets and exact replica PDFs. The UK content alone contains full-text cases dating back to 1163 and the full legislative history of the UK from 1235. vLex also offers access to geographically relevant publications like the International Law Reports, the Human Rights Collection and Aspinall’s Maritime Cases, as well as, ABA and Wiley collections and CCH tax cases. Additional features include intuitive navigation and browsing, curated legal and international news, automatic language translation with side-by-side comparison tools, and custom email alerts for searches, documents, courts, parties, etc.

Justis also hosts Justis Parliament, a comprehensive bibliography and index to all the proceedings and publications of the:
House of Commons from 1979 – Present
House of Lords from 1979 – Present
National Assembly for Wales from 1999 – 2011
Northern Ireland Assembly from 1998 – 2011

Note:
Justis Parliament operates as its own database and cannot be accessed via vLex Justis.
If you’re looking for JustisOne and/or JustCite, they have been combined into vLex Justis.
