My travels abroad have been mostly to large, densely populated places. As I’ve mainly traveled on school trips and for short periods of time, I’ve spent the majority of my time doing stereotypical “touristy” things. However, each time I’ve made a conscious effort to make the most of my minutes while traveling and to take with me physical and intangible souvenirs. I’m a global citizen in the way that I allow these objects and ideas to continually shape my every day life.
