Major announcement!  Downey group alum Christina Vivelo now demands to be referred to as Doctor!  She defended her Ph.D. thesis today at Johns Hopkins, and even managed to fit words like “ribosylation” and “ubiquitination” into her thesis title.  Who cares

We are pleased to announce that Organic Synthesis, Inc. will fund Dani Sklar’s research this summer in the Downey Lab.  Dani is studying “Rapid Construction of Furans from 3-Silylated Propargyl Carboxylates.”  All hail Dani.
