In order to eliminate an issue some UR students see when completing a Blackboard assessment (see earlier post regarding timed tests), Information Services will be restarting Blackboard services at 5:00pm today. The outage should last 5 minutes or less. If you try accessing Blackboard after 5:05 pm and still see an outage message, please try forcing a refresh of your web browser (typically F5 or Ctrl-R on Windows and Command-R on a Mac), emptying the cache in your web browser, or exiting your browser completely and then visiting http://blackboard.richmond.edu .
