(a) Perform the duties of the President in the President’s absence

(b) Keep the membership of the Richmond Law SBA informed about all activities and opportunities available at the Law School

(c) Perform such other duties as directed by the Executive Committee or as needed to fulfill the Purposes of the Richmond Law SBA
