Responsibilities:
(a) Preside over the Executive Committee meetings and supervise the execution of all Directives
(b) Delegate duties to members of the Executive Committee in furtherance of the Purposes of the Richmond Law SBA
(c) Appoint members of the Richmond Law SBA to represent the interests of the students to the University of Richmond and the Law School
(d) Assist all members of the Executive Committee in performing their tasks
(e) Represent the membership of the Richmond Law SBA in all matters and act as the liaison between students, faculty, and the administration
(f) Perform such other duties as directed by the Executive Committee or as needed to fulfill the Purposes of the Richmond Law SBA.
