Starting on Monday, November 21, the law library will extend our designated quiet zone and allow law students to reserve a study seat for use during Fall 2022 reading week and exam period.
The law library reading room will continue to be a designated quiet area now and through the end of exams. In addition to this, we will add two areas to be designated for a quiet zone: the second floor near the carrels, and the basement on the side with carrels. This is the system where you can reserve a seat in the basement or a section of the second floor. Starting November 21, you can reserve a seat up to three weeks in advance.
Remember that group study rooms are available for group work and collaboration, but you cannot take an exam in a study room.
As you’re planning the rest of the semester, you can view the library hours, including times for research and computer help desk assistance.
