Attention to all those who are working with anything other than the second pressing of the 21st edition of the Bluebook: there has been a substantive change to R10.7.1!
Former R10.7.1(d) is now R10.7.1(e). In its place is a new R10.7.1(d) which requires an explanatory parenthetical in any case in which an enslaved person was party to or the subject of the case. R10.7.1(d) now reads:
Come to the reference desk for a printed sticker to update your bluebook.
