The following is a timeline for the submission of forms and academic work for summer 2018 interns:

• UR Summer Fellowship Funding Contract – due by May 3, 2019 (may be later if still confirming internship site)
• Internship Site Approval Form – due by date of final exam  (may be later if still confirming internship site)
• Internship Learning Contract – due at the end of your first week at your internship site; should be completed with supervisor
• Six Reflections (including TWO “Theories in Action”) – one reflection due each week on site; if interning longer than six weeks it is highly recommended that you continue to complete a reflection each additional week
• Internship Site Evaluation – due at the end of your internship experience
• Final Reflection – due one week after completing your internship
