Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Indiana Jones is quite famous in the United States, but this archaeologist travelled all over the world, including Amazonia, in his adventures.

The fourth film in the Indiana Jones franchise, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, follows Indiana and his new adventure mate Mutt Williams in a quest to find and return an ancient deity relic to the lost city of El Dorado, deep within the Amazon Rainforest.

Although many scenes depict Amazonia, the filming for this production was solely completed within the United States. While there are pros and cons to the details and backstory of the movie, there were many species of plants and animals, such as the rainforest capuchin monkey, that were accurately displayed in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. This project explores some background and analysis of the movie in relation to Amazonia.
