Sparkling water sales from 2009 to 2014 in the US have increased by 56.4%, leaving people to wonder where this bubbly water comes from, and its global effects. With so many brands and flavors of sparkling water emerging, I chose to focus on a classic that has been around for 118 years, San Pellegrino.
