The sixth largest watch manufacturer in the world, it’s a surprise to many to hear that Citizen Watches actually doesn’t rely on its watch revenue at all. In my StoryMap, I studied how Citizen Watches fortifies itself in a declining watch industry while maintaining ethical labor practices in their factories and how they use advertisement to keep their competitive edge.
