What is Lawcountability, J.D.?:
Lawcountability, J.D. is an online platform designed by The Opportunity Maker author Ari Kaplan to help you raise your profile and learn effective ways to connect with prospective employers.
How does it work?:
Each week, you will receive an email alert that a new webinar is available.
- Log into the Lawcountability, J.D. system at your convenience to watch the 10 minute program.
- Each program will include two or three relationship-building goals for you to complete over the coming week.
- You may schedule goal reminders through the system.
- As you complete your goals, a game-like point system allows you to measure your performance and compare it to your peers.
Participation Incentive Program:
Each Week
Students viewing each week’s webinar will be entered in a drawing to win a $10 Passport Café gift card. Drawings will be held on Monday for the prior week’s program.
Each Semester
At the end of the semester, the CDO will conduct a drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. Students will receive one raffle entry for each Lawcountability, J.D. webinar they have watched. End of semester drawings will be held in mid-December and late April.
Each Academic Year
At the end of the academic year, the CDO will conduct a drawing for a $200 Visa gift card. Students will receive one raffle entry for each Lawcountability, J.D. webinar they have watched during the academic year. The winner of the end-of-semester award also is eligible to win the end-of-the-academic-year drawing. The winner will be announced during the first week of May 2016.
