Now that the fall semester is in full swing, it is time to start thinking about summer employment. The CDO has several workshops and events planned to help you navigate the employment search.

 

1L Employment Search Skills Workshop: How to Find Your Summer Job
Monday, October 17 through Thursday, October 20 at 12:00 – 12:45 p.m. and 4:00 – 4:45 p.m. in Rooms 103, 114A, 205, 206, 314

Each small-group session will cover the practice settings most likely to employ 1Ls; resources for pursuing summer employment organized by practice setting; resume guidelines; tips for success – a collection of practices used by the most successful job-seeking students; and a career development timeline that will guide you step-by-step during your first year.
