Gottwald Games 2019
The 8th annual Gottwald Games were held yesterday. We had over 100 student participants, a number of faculty volunteers, and a whole lot of fun. The games this year consisted of old favorites: the Petri Dish Relay, Sponge Ball, Aromatic Ring Toss, Water...
The Pollock lab utilizes chemical biology techniques, biochemical methods, and organic synthesis to understand breast cancer and inflammatory disease development and progression. In particular, we are interested in nuclear receptor function, phosphorylation signaling pathways, design of prodrugs, and the link between cancer and inflammation. We have a lot of collaborators on and off campus so we can expand our scientific discoveries.
