We are six students from the University of Richmond in a a course focusing on water and energy systems. The Cove Point Case is a study surrounding how the FERC process works and affects various aspects of the community in Lusby, Maryland. By evaluating various topics, we hope to communicate our ideas in a clear and concise way in order to holistically look at how we can potentially improve the process for evaluation of energy projects like Dominion Cove Point.
