    Thank you for the post. Out of curiosity, what did you explore about these definitions? Did you find any aspect of these connections particularly engaging?

      Good question. For me personally, I originally thought that Theorem 7.4.1 may not be of much use. This post of course shows how I was wrong as using Theorem 7.4.1 allows for a pretty clever proof that take advantage of the fact that Lipschitz functions are uniformly continuous. In addition, this way of proving FTC by using concepts starting from the very first chapter all the way up to the most recent chapters adds to this idea that the FTC is in fact the Holy Grail of this class.
