Wendy Collins Perdue has served as dean of the University of Richmond School of Law since 2011, when she came to Richmond from her role as associate dean at Georgetown Law Center. A recognized leader in legal education, Dean Perdue is a former vice president of the Order of the Coif, and has held a number of positions within the American Association of Law Schools. Most recently, she became president-elect of the AALS in 2017 and will assume the role of president in 2018.
