Who will when 2024 election?

I believe that Biden will win the 2024 election.  A lot has changed since 2020, but I feel like those things are in Biden’s favor. First, I think that the legal battles Trump is facing have a large role. Charges for overturning the 2020 election will affect his ability to campaign. People are less warm to Trump after he attempted to overthrow our democratic system. Additionally, Biden maintains the status quo in his policies enough to please middle-line voters, yet is progressive enough to still engage liberals. All in all, the facts that draw one to a conclusion on who will win the presidency really have no weight; it all comes to the people and the electoral college.
