Strengths:
- Service provider for all water and wastewater services throughout the Gaza.

- A semi-public institution, so sometimes lack the funding
- Weak implementation because of the political condition
- Ignores other environmental problems
Opportunities
- Increases co-operation with different domestic and International group such as World Bank, UNRWA, ACF, PWA, UNICEF and OXFAM
- Provides services to countries without bias
- Long term goals keeps the program running
Threats
- Maintaining the cooperation between different organizations
- Ensuring the safety of their projects
- Limited resources might lead to the abandonment of the program
