She spends weekends taking on new adventures, whether a new backpacking trip on the Appalachian Trail or a visit to the newest patisserie in town. She is\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\">an exchange student from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Her love for writing and reporting\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\">was inspired\u00a0by her home university&#8217;s student newspaper, and she has carried that love with her to\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"tx\">UR. He splits his time evenly between editing the on-campus Forum Magazine, spinning records and reviewing music for the campus radio station WDCE, and publishing work in Richmond Magazine downtown. He still manages to find time to spend with the Out Of Eden project, and has enjoyed practicing slow journalism. Originally from St. Louis, Kay traveled<\/span> <span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">to Richmond, Virginia, excited for the life-changing opportunity to study abroad <\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\">during <\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">her junior <\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\">year<\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">, <\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\">as <\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">many UR students<\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-color-000000 font-size-medium\"> do<\/span><span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">. After studying for a semester in Paris,<\/span> <span class=\"author-260798053 font-size-medium\">Kay returned to the U.S. more aware of the world and its people.
