The 3Doodler is simply a pen with a plastic extruder on the end. By pressing a button, ABS plastic is extruded out of the tip and hardens quickly. The device allows for immediate 3D printing without going through a CAD system, or hardware setup (minus loading filament into the pen). This is a pretty cool device, and I can\u2019t wait to see what folks create printing free hand!
