The University of Richmond now has several 3D printers around campus. Many of them are in particular programs, but there is one printer that is centrally managed and available for those in the University community to use, and it is managed by the Technology Learning Center (TLC) within Information Services but housed in Boatwright Library Room 320 (please contact the TLC in Boatwright Library, Room 317 for more information).
Additionally, the Systems and Networks Research Analyst in Information Services, Fred Hagemeister, collaborates with faculty in areas of research and scholarship that employ 3D design and/or 3D printing. He has access to two additional 3D printers, a Formlabs Form2 SLA printer and an Ultimaker 3 FDM printer.
