Should only be two paragraphs- intro and analysis of the quote<\/li>\n<li>Re-dos are always due a week after you get them back<\/li>\n<li>We will be doing peer editing with our papers where it is read aloud. Professor Dolson prefers this because if keeps the power with the writer\n<ul>\n<li>Question: Do you want to build your long essay analysis off a short one you already wrote or a new idea?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thursday\/ Friday Plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 min time slot sign-up to discuss everyone&#8217;s individual analysis papers\n<ul>\n<li>Thursday\/Friday @ the CCE<\/li>\n<li>Figure out re-dos and things (bring print out)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bon Air:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bon Air: October 2nd\/3rd start\u00a0 weekend\n<ul>\n<li>Sign up for:\n<ul>\n<li>Sunday (give specific times) 3-5 or 6:30-8:30<\/li>\n<li>Monday 6:30-8:30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Sign up can be found on a Google Docs (will be posted under this post)\n<ul>\n<li>Red= Only time Available<\/li>\n<li>Black= Available at multiple times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Experience:\n<ul>\n<li>Beverly is coming Monday (official orientation: safety, clothing, standard stuff)<\/li>\n<li>Ashley is coming Wednesday (save questions for her, not Beverly)<\/li>\n<li>Story Corp possibility How stories help us connect to one another- testing our theory\n<ul>\n<li>What happens in person to person interactions<\/li>\n<li>Common goal to work towards each week<\/li>\n<li>Snack cabinet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Bon Air:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Watch Kites video<\/li>\n<li>Check out Juvenile Injustice book before Monday<\/li>\n<li>Change in our syllabus, look out for that\n<ul>\n<li>No analysis paper draft due Monday- solid prep for Bon Air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For the remaining 30 mins, we discussed the childish tone of The Good Times are Killing Me and its purpose in the book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Wednesday, we spent most of the class settling business regarding the upcoming analysis paper, Bon Air, and changes in our syllabus.
