IMPORTANT!!! MUST READ!!! 32 GIFTS NEWS!!!

Hi friends,

So there’s been a bit of a development in the layout structure of our Bon Air book. The layout team went to the print shop today and we are going to have to make some changes. Google Slides won’t work because we need specific dimensions and margins. However, this should not be hard!

Here are the new requirements:

-Doc must be 5 1/2 x 8 1/2

-Left margin must be 3/4 inch, right margin must be 1/2 inch

-MOST IMPORTANTLY, EVERYONE WILL NOW HAVE TWO SLIDES

We thought before that a single slide would be printed as a single page and that page would folded in half as two pages. But, now what was the left side of your slide will now be your first page and the right half of the doc will be your second page.

I sent y’all a link to the google doc y’all should be working in called “32 Gifts Draft.” I have my two pages as a reference. Please use the Google slides as a reference point for the order of the pages. Please keep it in the same order as the slides. This means the editing team and table of contents team will have to look over the new arrangements.

Because this is a late notice, we are giving you until 6 PM TOMORROW NIGHT (12/1) TO GET THIS DONE. The print shop needs it by Friday and teams need time to look over the final draft.
