Passport’s Specials

Hey Everyone!

As promised, I have Passport’s Specials. This week, there appears to be no particular country of choice but rather a spice: tarragon. If that doesn’t speak to you, the actual specials are below!

Pork Tenderloin w/ Dijon Tarragon Sauce $6.50
Roasted pork tenderloin marinated in garlic, rosemary, thyme, allspice, white wine, and olive oil; topped with a tarragon Dijon cream sauce; served over roasted potatoes.

Tofu Quiche w/ Mushrooms and Herbs $6.25
A crustless quiche made with silken tofu, cremini mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, tarragon, parsley, dill, curry, garlic, and house made gluten-free bread crumbs; served with tomato brushetta style topping. Vegan and Gluten Friendly.
