About posting and “homework”

I just want to remind you that the Weekly Schedule lists what we will be talking about/doing on each class day.  It is up to you to decide how you will prepare so that you are prepared to be active during class.

If there is no other writing assignment listed, then, the blog is always an option for you to reflect on the reading, and suggest things you want to talk about. It is also a way that we continue our conversations from class time, since there is never enough time to talk about all the things we would want to talk about. So: part of continuing community conversations on the blog is that you can read others’ posts and comment on them.  This is a great way to use the blog.
