In order to find which actions lead to the meaning, I think it will be important to list a couple of actions in the play which i believe are crucial in the play.\u00a0 Feel free to add to this list or disagree with this list.\u00a0 I hope we can come up with a nominal phrase which establishes the meaning of the play…<\/p>\n

-Willy’s\u00a0argument with Howard, resulting in the loss of his job.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
-Willy’s\u00a0discussion and argument with Bernard.\u00a0<\/p>\n
-Willy’s final argument with\u00a0Charley, in which he turns down a\u00a0job offer yet accepts a loan\u00a0to pay\u00a0off his insurance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
-The argument between Biff and Willy at Dinner.\u00a0<\/p>\n
-Biff and Happy’s abandonment of Willy at Dinner.<\/p>\n
-Biff’s final argument with Willy. \u00a0<\/p>\n
-Willy’s taking of his own life.<\/p>\n
-Charley,\u00a0Biff, and Happy’s final statements about Willy’s life.\u00a0<\/p>\n
