The Career Development Office\u2019s employer outreach initiatives are designed to broaden employment opportunities for our students. Through targeted outreach, the CDO connects with a diverse range of employers\u2014including boutique firms, large national practices, government agencies, and public interest organizations\u2014to promote the talent and potential of the student body. The initiative includes personalized outreach and virtual or on-site employer visits to determine the hiring needs of employers and showcase the benefits of hiring from Richmond Law.<\/p>\n
By proactively engaging with new employers in geographic areas of interest to our students, and those employers who previously hired Richmond Law students and alumni, we are building and strengthening relationships that we hope will expand the pathways to meaningful legal careers for every student.<\/p>\n
We encourage students to support these efforts by staying informed about new opportunities, attending employer events, and working closely with career advisors for personalized guidance. Together, we are building a stronger bridge between our students and the legal profession.<\/p>\n
