Don\u2019t miss opportunities to apply to small and mid-size law firms through the VACLSC Spring Interview Program (SIP). VACLSC is the Virginia law school consortium of the University of Richmond, Washington & Lee, William & Mary and the University of Virginia.<\/p>\n

SIP interviews will be conducted virtually on Friday, March 20, 2026, and will be the last formal recruitment program of the 2025-2026 academic year sponsored by Richmond Law CDO.<\/p>\n

Students must apply by Monday, February 23 at 11:50 pm on the V<\/strong>ACLSC Flo Recruit website<\/strong>. See below for more details about the 15 employers interviewing 3Ls for post-graduate attorney positions:<\/p>\n
