Employers and attorneys at various law firms often keep track of their contacts by using VCards, which are essentially electronic business cards. A VCard is an electronic file with contact information, including name, email, phone number, address and other information about a person that could be helpful in a professional context.<\/p>\n

Guide to Creating a VCard in Gmail <\/strong><\/p>\n

A VCard allows a contact to easily store your information for future use. Below are instructions on how to create a VCard in Gmail.<\/p>\n

Create a vCard using Gmail: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Sign in to Gmail.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Contacts along the side of any Gmail page.<\/li>\n
  3. Select Other Contacts and choose your own email account.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the contact information you want to share.<\/li>\n
  5. Select your account and from the More actions drop-down menu, select Export\u2026.<\/li>\n
  6. Choose Selected contacts and VCard format from the options.<\/li>\n
  7. Click Export.<\/li>\n
  8. Choose Save to Disk then click OK.<\/li>\n
  9. Select a location to save your file, and click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Click Contacts link on the left sidebar of Gmail inbox.<\/li>\n
