This visualization depicts characters from the DC Universe and shows who they are the enemy of. This is a table visualization that is typically used to organize and group data. In this table there are eight characters listed. Something incredibly cool and helpful is that next to each character featured is a link that you can click on to find out more specific information about that character. It is very easy to interpret and helps clearly show data. Characters from a specific universe, as well as their enemies are clearly shown. There is nothing I find that is unusual being visualized here, but something I wish was added is a picture next to the characters name. Another thing I believe would be beneficial is to include a link next to the enemy’s name so we can learn more about them, who they are, and where they are from. Aside from that, everything is quite clear and properly laid out, making it easy to understand what is being shown.
I started out confused while developing this graphic. I didn’t grasp how to use the website and edit information properly. I was completely overwhelmed by all of the new stuff we were learning, and it wasn’t clicking in my head. But, once I realized what I was doing, it was much easier to navigate the website and see how to construct new visualizations. Other than table graphs, I’d like to learn more about different types of visualizations and how to understand them.
