Visualisation is the portrayal of a group of data in a diagram, another image, or a code. This is my representation of the best comic books ever published between certain years. It is used to find data in an easy way that is not hard to read. At the end of the visualization, there is a concise list that you have created. I think it is easy to see the most popular published in the 1980s and the 2000s. It is easy to read and there is a lot of information clearly given and it is easy to follow along to. I have always been interested to find out what comics were popular in the late 1900s and to see if there was one that became less popular as more media were available. I found it quite challenging firstly to pick a data set I wanted to research and also trying to find information I wanted to display with the codes. I am struggling with the use of the word items and whether or not to substitute with a word what information I am trying to find. I also find it hard to think of the words to prompt, knowing I need to use a word instead of a phrase. I haven’t decided yet what I want to create, but hopefully something near to this but better so I can develop my skills more with SPARQL and hopefully will be able to build on my Digital visualization skills.
