The data visualisation that I have chosen is the GNC, I Chose “Authorship By Genre”. I chose this type of visualisation as it is represented on a bar chart only, it would have been more helpful if it had other graphics. To the right of the chart there is a legend. Which contains data that is represented about who was the author. When I was considering the visualizations, “The conventions of charts make this easy to read and even intuitive in layout”. It is very important when trying to interpret the graph, the more components the graph has the easier it is to understand. The data given in this visualization helps us to understand the correlations between the data. I think that this visualization is effective at portraying the data that is being shown. There is not to much detail but more detail would be easier and they could elaborate more.
