The Last Breakfast- (Torey, Gardner, Palmer, Nick)

Throughout the course of the semester, we have been able to develop skills and abilities that have allowed us to grow as students. Together, we learned how to look at the biblical text from an educational, un- bais perspective as well as developing a greater understanding for the numerous interpretations that exist. Both the thinking exercises and minute papers allowed us to sift through our thoughts and hone in on the most important pieces of information from our analysis’, reading’s, and discussions. Meeting with the librarian and writing paper’s about controversial topics allowed for development of research skills which we can use for the rest of our lives. Overall, this course has truly helped us develop important skills we can use both inside and outside of the classroom, along with tools that we can use going forward in our coming years at the University of Richmond.
