The Breakfast Club on Eve’s Perspective (Torey, Gardner, Palmer, RIP Nick)

Today, we discussed how by viewing the story through Eve’s perspective, the reader gains a new sense of sympathy for Eve (as explained by Levison) which was long obscured by it’s negative context. Levison creates this connection through the numerous examples of internal struggles, deception, and beguiling. We also talked about how Satan deceived Eve by talking through the serpent in order to get Adam to get the fruit.
