Minute Paper (Torey, Palmer, Gardner, Nick)

We discussed in our group how important it is to understand the opposing argument perspective. What we’re saying is that something may seem right to you, but completely wrong to another individual. Timing of the situation can also effect the perspective. We debated whether it is morally okay to kill someone, and agreed it depends on the situation. For example, is it justifiable to kill baby Hitler in order to save 6 million lives lost in the war? There is a right and wrong answer depending on your perspective.
