Dissoi Logoi – Shin, Atkinson, McCooey, Lacy

Today, in our discussion of “Dissoi Logoi” we explored the idea that all viewpoints are relative to the individual who holds them to be true. We also had some particularly insightful discussion on the concept of situational ethics. While there seems to be a lot of overlap in individual and social moral standings, it is apparent that morality is not a set, concrete idea, but instead differs from person to person and group to group.
