The Story of Pluto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/openwidelookinside\/files\/2009\/09\/images.jpg\" title=\"images.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.richmond.edu\/openwidelookinside\/files\/2009\/09\/images.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"images.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><em>My very eager mother just served us nine pizzas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">A silly sentence, yet schoolchildren have memorized it for years, because it helps them remember the planets in our solar system.\u00a0 The first letter of every word stands for a planet, in the order of how close it is to the Sun.\u00a0 <em><strong>M<\/strong>y <strong>v<\/strong>ery <strong>e<\/strong>ager <strong>m<\/strong>other <strong>j<\/strong>ust <strong>s<\/strong>erved <strong>u<\/strong>s <strong>n<\/strong>ine <strong>p<\/strong>izzas.\u00a0 <\/em>Mercury, Venus, Earth, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.\u00a0 Mercury is the planet closest to the Sun, and tiny Pluto is the farthest away.\u00a0 That is, until recently.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/When-Planet-Not-Story-Pluto\/dp\/0618898328\/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1251669692&amp;sr=1-1\" title=\"When Is a Planet Not a Planet?
