Sunny and Still

 

Outside is very still. There is not a cloud in the sky and if you notice in the picture, there is some change from the blues in the sky. It goes from a very white blue farther away and goes to a darker light blue the closer it gets. The shadows on the trees today give off a very amber effect. You can see every leaf so clearly today and the sun is at its usual upward diagonal angle. The water is reflecting the sky today with its blue color on top of the water giving it a more cool feel than simply reflecting the trees like it usually does. My mood currently is annoyed but that is simply because of the two eleven year old brothers beating the the crap out of each other all over the downstairs commons. I sit here and find myself wishing the outside was like inside. Still and silent…..emphasis on silent. However, if I were to try and focus on the outside, I am very calm…..I am still. Nature is trying to tell me to be still which is very hard for this girl.
