When defining leadership in class and in the article, words like strong, assertive, and visionary are repeated. However, we forget the importance of humility as defined by the article as not arrogant, not timid, but with the ability to accept error, consider help, and open to change. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As I was reading about leadership in democracy, and analyzing the characteristics of presidents that embodied humility, I could not help but think how Trump was the complete opposite of that. It was to my surprise that toward the end of the reading, the lack of humility was being alluded to Trump the whole time. NOt only does he lack humility seen though his ignorance, but almost clearly fits the title of a tyrant. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why is humility when it pertains to leaders forgotten?
