The play mainly revolved around the main character Simon, who is a horse racing jockey that is hired to race for money for his owner. As the play continues, Simon is able to become free from being a slave.<\/p>\n<p>I think that this play intertwined well with this class as it displayed domination and subordination. Simon was a subordinate to his dominant owner. Despite his determined and intelligent persona, Simon was unable to free himself from slavery on his own. Labeling him a subordinate.
